Curtis&Kylie: Engaged!

I don’t even know where to begin with this couple…. Besides the fact that they are two of my favorite people. I’ve known Kylie pretty much my whole life. We went to elementary school through high school together. Curtis was a senior when we were sophomores. He and I had a class together, but that was pretty much it… Until two years ago- Curtis goes to USAFA where my boyfriend goes. When Jared was a freshman, Curtis let him use his phone so he could call me. And with that, a friendship grew. Last year, Kylie moved to Colorado Springs to go to school. And as luck may have it, Jared introduced Curtis to Kylie at church. The rest is history, the couple is getting married in June. :)

Not only does this couple have a special place in my heart, but the place we took pictures does as well. I’ve been walking the grounds of the Academy for a few years. My love lives here, and it’s my favorite place to be. I’ve been dreaming about shooting here for years, and I couldn’t be happier with how this session turned out. I had a hard time narrowing down my favorites… So enjoy!
